Obtained her B.Sc. in Chemistry and Zoology in 1971 from Kuwait University
(Kuwait), her M.Sc. in Chemistry in 1976 from Kuwait University (Kuwait)
and her Ph.D in Chemistry in 1985, from Cairo University (Cairo, Egypt).
She worked as Instructor of Chemistry (Faculty of Science, Kuwait
University, Kuwait) in the period of 1976 to 1985, Assistant Professor of
Chemistry (Chemistry Department, Faculty of Science, Kuwait University) in
the period of 1985 to 1990, Associate Professor of Chemistry (Chemistry
Department, Faculty of Science, Kuwait University, Kuwait) in the period
of 1990 till date and the Regional Franchisor of Futurekids in Kuwait
since 1996 and Regional Franchisee for Berlitz Language Center in Kuwait
since 1997. She held the position Head of the the Curricula Structure
& Development Committee for technical courses for high schools, MOE.
